Chewing sugarless gum on a regular basis can help stimulate the flow of saliva to counteract the harmful effects of the acids in soda and fruit juices. I would also recommend sucking on a tablet of calcium carbonate following the consumption of acidic foods and drinks. Besides neutralizing the acids, the calcium carbonate reacts with the acids to form calcium phosphate and calcium citrate which are readily absorbed into the body to help build strong bones.
