totally agree, todays stagnant lifestyle and diet changes in the 60 years explain a lot of problems, since man worked the earth we did manual work and ate natural foods, so to sit all day and eat sugar rich foods soaked in tasty un-natural chemicals which our bodies process too easily(and store,in body and brain).

simple food,simple exercise, its not rocket science. its only after it made me very ill physically and mentally did i learn.

eat for your body/brain and not for your taste buds, and i've always been 'normal weight' so it does include you, exercise improves your bodies performance and immune system, and everything, try-it what you got to lose, sugar might be hard to stop but so is heroin....
